Description:
The acquisition is subject to the acquisition of two -piece and coverall work outfits used in operational medical helicopter activities ("HEMS") in accordance with this invitation to tender. HEMS workwear is the main work outfit of the workers throughout the country all year round. Workwear users include doctors, HEMS first and pilots. The same outfit must cover the needs of all professional groups. There are all sexes and different sizes among end users. Two different versions are sought for HEMS work-coverall and two-piece work outfit. Two personal outfits are ordered for the end user and the model is freely selectable. The assumption is that most employees want one overalls and one two -piece workwear. The details of the outfit for pockets and other features are mainly the same. The purpose of the acquisition is to set up a single (1) supplier framework arrangement. The agreement does not include a loan obligation and does not create the exclusive right of the supplier to sell the entity in accordance with the subject of the acquisition.
