INVITATION TO TENDER Finnish Center for Integrity in Sports FINCIS (hereinafter referred to as the "FINCIS") is requesting tenderers to submit a tender concerning Doping Control Sample Collection Equipment described in the section "Description of the procurement". This is a framework arrangement. The draft contract is binding. By submitting a tender, tenderer accepts the draft contract as it is. Tenderer shall not suggest any changes, amendments, reservations etc. to the draft contract. CONTRACTING ENTITY Finnish Center for Integrity in Sports FINCIS is Finland's national Anti-Doping Organisation which is responsible for, among other things, doping control and antidoping activities in Finland. FINCIS complies with the World Anti-Doping Agency's (WADA) international testing and investigation standards. FINCIS has four members: • The Finnish Olympic Committee, • The Finnish Paralympic Committee, • The Finnish Society of Sports Medicine, • The Finnish Government, represented by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
