Description:
The procurement services of the city of Rauma are requesting tenders for "Finnish language baseline assessment of adult immigrants in Etela Satakunta employment area 2026 (2027)" in accordance with this call for tenders and its attachments. the following municipalities: Rauma, Eura, Eurajoki, Huittinen and Sakyla. The bidding is carried out using an open procedure, on the basis of which no more than one (1) tenderer is selected, with whom the procurement unit will enter into a framework contract. The tender will be used to obtain a baseline assessment of the Finnish language of adult immigrants service to be implemented for the year 2026. The competitive training is described in more detail in the Service Description appendix attached to the request for tenders (Appendix 1). The duration of the contract is 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2026. It is possible to extend the contract with one 12-month option period. About the introduction of the option period in Rauma the city decides separately and announces it no later than two (2) months before the end of the valid contract period. Exercising the option is the right of the city of Rauma, not an obligation. The estimated value of the entire purchase for the entire contract period (including the option period) is 80,000 euros (VAT 0%). Rauma the city does not commit to a certain amount or value of the purchase during the contract period. Procurements are carried out as needed. The procurement unit reserves the right not to acquire the training presented in this call for tenders.
