• Description:
• The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom is requesting offers for services according to the request for tenders by March 27, 2026. This is the outsourcing of Traficom's statutory tasks to the Service Provider. The object of the procurement is road traffic driving tests organizing reception and performing related service tasks. More detailed workflows for the services are indicated in appendix 4 of the request for tenders. The contract does not contain a quantity purchase obligation and Traficom, as a customer, cannot commit itself in this request for tender or to the amounts indicated in its appendices. The services are produced in 43 locations in mainland Finland. The procurement is divided into eight (8) sub-areas: Region 1: Espoo and Helsinki Region 2: Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Lohja, Porvoo, Vantaa and Tammisaari Region 3: Forssa, Hämeenlinna, Rauma, Salo and Turku Region 4: Ikaalinen, Pori, Tampere and Jämsä Region 5: Kotka, Kouvola, Lahti, Lappeenranta, Mikkeli and Savonlinna Region 6: Iisalmi, Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Varkaus, Äänekoski and Nurmes Region 7: Kokkola, Seinäjoki, Vaasa and Ylivieska Region 8: Kajaani, Kemi, Oulu, Rovaniemi, Kuusamo, Raahe, Kittilä (Sirkka), Sodankylä and Ivalo The service points must be located in areas specified in more detail in Traficom's map service.
