Description:
We are requesting an offer for the fire suits to be used by the rescue service areas of the welfare area of North Ostrobothnia and the rescue service of Central Ostrobothnia for the period 1.3.2023 - 28.2.2026 and an option 1.3.2026 - 28.2.2027. The customer decides on the use of the option separately.
The procurement is divided into three (3) parts:
Part 1
-Suit types 1-2 (fire suit with harness)
Part 2
- Suit type 3-4 (fire suit)
Part 3
- Suit type 5 (light suit)
The tenderer can leave his offer in one or all sections.
One supplier is selected for each sub-area, with whom a procurement contract is concluded. A framework arrangement is formed from the procurement, in which one (1) supplier is selected by sub-region, from whom the fire suits to be purchased will be purchased.
Approximately 120 pieces of fire suits (suit types 1-4, different models in total) and approx. 185 pieces of light suits (suit type 5) are purchased per year.
The stated amount is an estimate and does not bind the customer. The subscriber does not commit to anything at leastin large quantities.
The tenderer must deliver sample pieces of the uniforms he offers at the tenderer's expense to the customer's premises for trial use and comparison by 17 January 2023.
