• Firewood for Huovinrinte Firewood for Niinisalo The object of the procurement is the firewood needed by the Pori brigade in the training areas of Huovinrinte and Niinisalo in the years 2027-2030. The procurement is divided into two sub-areas (Huovinrintine and Niinisalo training area). One supplier is selected for each area. The estimated procurement quantities of firewood are indicated below. The number of firewood to be ordered is affected by the number of exercises and the weather. The presented amount is a non-binding estimate that may be exceeded or undercut. However, the excess can be a maximum of 20% during the contract period. A possible overrun is treated as an additional procurement reservation. It is estimated that approximately 1,500 loose m3/year of firewood will be procured for Huovinrinte. Firewood is ordered for the training area about 5 times per year every 2-3 months. One-time delivery is about 15-20 pallets. Firewood is delivered and stored on the Customer's exchange pallets loaded and covered. A picture of the Subscriber's exchange platform is attached 1. Those used by the Customer in the Huovinrinte training area replacement pallets (about 20 pcs/24 loose m3) are the property of the Customer and available to the Supplier in the Defense Forces area without charge. Pallets may not be transported outside the Defense Forces area. Alternatively, firewood can be delivered to Huovinrinne to the training area using only the Provider's own pallets and covers as described below.
