• The welfare area of ​​North Ostrobothnia (hereafter also 'Pohde') requests an offer for accommodation and catering services as well as group facilities for the first information and adaptation training courses organized by the welfare area. for groups with disabilities, for example diabetics, rheumatism rehabilitators or patients with neurological diseases. Events are organized for adults, young people and families with children. The target groups and their number vary every year, so there is a need for different and for spaces of different sizes. There are also target groups that need small and home-like spaces. About 40 to 60 events are organized each year. The first information days are one (1) day long and the adaptation training courses last 2-3 days. The number of people participating in the first information days and adaptation training courses is usually 10 to 40 people. Siblings and both parents also participate in family courses. In addition, 2-10 staff members participate in the events. For adaptation training courses the participants stay overnight at the course location, with the exception of the staff. The initial information and adaptation training courses are held in the surroundings of Oulu, the distance (driving distance) is a maximum of 40 km from the Oulu University Hospital. For the initial information days, you usually need: entrance coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee, large meeting room and possibly small group rooms depending on the target group.
