Description:
The subject of the procurement is the condition assessments and condition surveys carried out in housing right companies owned by Helsingin Asumisoikes Oy ("Haso") in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices.
The procurement is divided into sub-areas as follows:
- PART 1: Condition assessments of residential buildings
- PART 2: Residential buildings condition surveys of the facade and balconies
- PART 3: Condition surveys of roofs
- PART 4: Condition examinations of the lower soles
- PART 5: Condition studies of water, sewage and heating pipes
- PART 6: Preparing a long-term repair plan for 0-2-year-old objects with plans, drawings and a maintenance book basis
For each sub-area, 1 service provider is selected.
The customer estimates that the services will be ordered for a total of around 400,000 euros (VAT 0%) during the contract period. The maximum value of the framework arrangement is EUR 500,000 (VAT 0%).
