Description:
The object of the acquisition is the fixed furniture contracts for Sivakka-yhtymä Oy's locations. The procurement creates a framework arrangement for the period 1 May 2026-30 April 2028. The acquisition includes two possible one-year option periods (1 + 1). The start schedule is an estimate and an agreement is only created with the signatures of the contracting parties. The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas: 1) Furniture contracts for new projects 2) Furniture contracts for basic renovation projects The tenderer may not offer either or both sub-areas. You are selected for one sub-area three (3) contractors unless there are fewer bidders who meet the suitability requirements and bids according to the request for bids. The contractor selected for the contract period works as a subcontractor on the site. The selected contractor is also required to design furniture. The design must be included in the furniture deliveries.
