Turku region's treatment plant Oy is a service provider owned by 14 municipalities and Turku Energia Oy, which offers its owners and other customers good quality waste water treatment service in a cost-effective manner. Turku region's treatment plant Oy is responsible for and takes care of the operation of the Kakolanmaki wastewater treatment plant and of its cleaning result. Turku seudu pujdamo Oy tenders for the construction of the Fleminginpuisto sewer tunnel. The contractor acts as the main contractor on the site (YSE 1998) and is responsible for the obligations of the main contractor (VNa 205/2009). The contractual language of the contract and the site language is Finnish. The object of the acquisition is described in more detail in the procurement documents.
