Description:
The Western Uusimaa Welfare Area (later also the subscriber) requests offers regarding the acquisition of services for the elderly and disabled people supporting the mobility of the elderly, the procurement of a brokerage and management operator. The acquisition is the target and material of the Western Uusimaa welfare area. Management Service in Espoo, Hanko, Inkoo, Karkkila, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi, Lohja, Raseborg, Siuntio and Vihti municipalities and these municipalities. Transportation and Management Service, which is subject to procurement, includes a transportation and advisory service related to transportation, trips mediation, combination of transport and optimization, and guidance for drivers. In addition, it is possible in the future that routing and management of material transport will also be added to the service. The service is used by both customers and employees in the welfare area. The service works around the clock, Every day of the year, including public holidays and holidays. In order to implement the service to be purchased, the service provider must have a system or system for transport management to manage both the current and the need for movement and transportation. One (1) service provider and one (1) deputy supplier will be selected for the transportation and management service. The value of the acquisition is EUR 9,500,000.
