Description:
The customer requested your tender for communication and marketing services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. DPS internal tendering is made in class 2 Separate Services. The customer selects the supplier based on the internal tendering of the dynamic procurement system and concludes a contract with the winning tenderer. The contract model is attached to the invitation to tender. The minimum requirements for the services to be purchased are described in Annex "DPS item and conditions "and the terms and conditions in the attachment description of the subject of the acquisition. The scope of the procurement is described in the Annex description of the subject of the acquisition. The irresponsible procurement system shall be valid until 30.1.2026, unless it is interrupted before. The contract must be concluded before the Dynamic Procurement System. May be valid up to 30.11.2028.
