- The HUS Group (hereinafter "HUS", "Customer" or "Procurement Unit") requests offers for food transport services (hereinafter food transports or service) in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. is described in appendix 6 Food transport routes to the request for tenders. Information on pick-up and delivery locations is provided in appendix 12 of the request for tenders, Instructions for drivers. In addition, food delivery services include occasional additional food deliveries, which are ordered separately. Delivery is available on all days of the year timing between approximately 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The object of the procurement and its requirements are described in detail in the request for tenders and its attachments. The volumes and amounts mentioned in this request for tenders are non-binding figures related to the previous year's operations or estimates of future needs. Changes are possible during the contract period, e.g. to route, schedule, volume or similar changes in the Customer's service needs. The HUS group will enter into a contract with one (1) service provider. The contract period is valid for a limited period of two (2) years, after which the contract will continue valid until further notice. The expected start date of the contract period is February 2026. This is a total procurement, i.e. the procurement has not been divided into parts.
