• The object of the procurement is food transport for schools and kindergartens in the city of Tornio (procurements according to Appendix E of the Procurement Act). This procurement falls below the national threshold value referred to in Section 25 of the Procurement Act, so it is a small procurement. Bridge the following transports are tendered with the request for tenders: Food transports from the Putaan school preparation kitchen 1. In the direction of Kyläjoki-Kaakamo• To Kyläjoki school (not in June-July)• To Kaakamo school and kindergarten (not in July)2. Arpela school and for daycare (not in July) Food delivery from Kiviranta school preparation kitchen 1. To the new daycare center in Kiviranta (to be completed in September-October) • transports also in June and July on transport days (Mon-Fri) 2. In the direction of Karungi• Karungi school and daycare center (not in July) Kiviranta's new daycare opens in September-October and it is located about 500 meters from the preparation kitchen of Kiviranta school. The customer informs the selected supplier of the start time of the food deliveries when it is known. The offer price will come present as VAT-free (VAT0%). The price of the day of transport in €/direction is used to compare offers. The actual transport dates are determined according to the actual transport need. the duration of the procurement contract is one (1) year from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027. The purchase does not include options. Food deliveries must be made on weekdays, Monday - Friday in the morning, according to the schedule announced by the customer.
