Description:
The acquisition focuses on the food transportation of Taipalsaari municipality (subscriber) for 7.1.-29.5.2026 and LV 2026-2027 (13.1.-22.2026 + 7.1.-4.6.2027). The acquisition includes options 1 + 1 (LV 2027-2028 and 2028-2029). The subscriber decides on the use and duration of the options separately 5 months before the start of the option. Transportation are the transportation of meals on school days from central kitchen to different municipal locations. (There are no food transport during school holidays and Christmas and Spring Festival Days.) Return transport from the offices of the previous day's transportation bins and any unused food back For the central kitchen. The transport service vehicle is suitable for a van or light truck with a headboard crane. The amounts of food to be carried and The offices may change during the contract period. There may also be changes in the school days decided by the Education Board in Annex 2. The selected supplier must comply with road transport and food legislation on food transport. Food transport times must not exceed Guideline values given. Care must be taken when handling and transporting food containers. For transport dishes and boxes, cleanliness must be followed and should not be lowered on dirty surfaces.
