- The HUS Group (later "HUS", "Subscriber" or "Purchasing Unit") requests offers for food transport services (hereinafter referred to as food transport or service) in accordance with this invitation to tender and its attachments. The acquisition is subject to food transportation, which are described in the transport schedules and routes (output and destination addresses). In addition, food transport services include occasional additional food transportation, which are ordered separately. There are transportation between 7am and 7pm all days. During the contract period, changes are possible, for example, for route, schedule, volume or similar changes in the customer's service needs.
