Description:
The object of the procurement is a quick interpretation service for Kela's customer service situations where the help of an interpreter is needed to resolve the issue. Express interpreting can be used in situations where it has not been possible to order a business interpreter in advance and the service need cannot be met quickly enough by other meanstho.
Quick interpretation takes place using the quick interpreting application without a separate appointment and is purchased as a SaaS service. The new solution will be purchased to replace the current service that ends on July 26, 2023.
Quick interpretation is used in situations where advance booking has not been possible, for example a situationnot because of the acute nature. The procurement aims to influence the smooth progress of the customer situation in order to obtain the necessary solution in the situation. Ease of use is also the aim of the acquisition. There are approximately 20,000 instant interpreting events every year and the interpreting is mainly Finnish- foreign language - suomi interpretation. The subscriber can also purchase Swedish-foreign language-Swedish interpretation from the Service Provider as needed. The subscriber does not undertake to acquire services in accordance with the above-mentioned estimates. The need for express interpretation may vary somewhat depending on the services provided by Kela and their quantityin ue.
The implementation of the requirements is the supplier's responsibility, if the requirements do not include specific tasks for Kela. Through the ordering system (quick interpretation application), the subscriber-customer can directly connect to the Asioimistukk of a certain language via video or telephone connection, who handles the interpretation assignment...
