Description:
The client (Ruokolahti Parish) requests offers for the comprehensive production of forest services. Ruokolahti parish owns 686 hectares of forest, of which Ruokolahti has 540.8 hectares and Rautjarvi 145.2 hectares. The parish has a total of 1.1 ha of waste land, 2.9 ha of cultivated land ha, other land 13.1 ha and watersheds 2.4 ha. The parish has 3.2 ha of land in Ruokolahti. According to the Talousmets forest plan, the annual felling accumulation has been about 5 m3/ha. The bidder proposes the future amount of felling based on the parish's forest structure and forest development. In urban forests the parish can carry out small-scale felling activities in the event that the tree stand causes, for example, safety risks, in which case it is necessary to remove individual trees. The congregation can also carry out individual and small-scale clearings, for example of cemeteries or general recreation areas in order to secure public movement. During the contract period 2026 2030, the preliminary income from timber sales is estimated at €90,000 150,000/year, and the costs of forestry work during the contract period 2026 2030 (which partly depend on the amount of felling) are estimated at around €120,000 180,0000 (VAT 0%).
