Description:
Hyvinkaeae's technology and environment department requests your offer for forest management and logging works in accordance with the tender documents.
The procurement is divided into the following areas:
1. Logging and maintenance of urban forests
2. Logging and maintenance work of the Sveitsinpuisto nature reserve
3. Individuallymaintenance and felling of trees in parks and condition assessments
4. Forest regeneration and forestry
5. Maintenance of young forest and other clearing sawing work
6. Tree removal and thinning work with a guillotine truck (heavy)
7. Tree thinning and energy targets with a small forest machine (less than 3.5 tons)
8. Tree driving smallwith a forest machine (less than 3.0 tons)
Two (2) service providers are selected for each sub-area as framework contract suppliers. Less than two (2) suppliers can also be selected. The operating model of the framework agreement is explained in the annex contract template, section 8.
The contract period is two (2) yearstta option one (1) year option one (1) year.
The expected calendar year value without value added tax of the acquisition is approximately 250,000 - 350,000 euros. This is an estimate that does not bind the city of Hyvinkaeae.
