• The object of the procurement is the electrical maintenance work performed in the Loviisa city area, which requires a lift truck and an electrician and an auxiliary worker in accordance with the tender request and its appendices. Services can also be ordered without a lift truck. The customer does not commit to fixed procurement quantities during the contract period, but the service is procured according to the actual need. A framework arrangement is established in the procurement. The basis for the selection of offers is the overall economic affordability and the value of the offers the cheapest price (the cheapest comparison price) is used as the basis for the overall economic advantage. Three suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement, which offer the entire service package, and the suppliers are placed in priority order.
