- Kaakkois-Suomen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (later Xamk), the fiber laboratory's research unit, is requesting offers for the "Fourier Transform infrared (FT-IR) analysis device" needed for the project. The research device will be for the Noheva Forest Bioeconomy project. The delivery must include all the essential parts and accessories needed to operate the device. Procurement objectives We are asking for offers for a ready-made complete FT-IR device solution, delivered on-site to the Fiber Laboratory, including the necessary supplies. The procurement/Offer must include:- FT-IR spectrophotometer equipped with a diamond ATR measurement arrangement.- FT-IR soft/software, which must be renewed without additional costs.- The device can be used to perform testing of solid, liquid and of powdered samples. If the basic device cannot analyze powdered samples, the offer must include a press device for their preparation.- The device must be able to analyze colored samples, including activated carbon or other materials containing pigments. If the basic device does not have this feature, the offer must include an easily replaceable Ge crystal cell system capable of analyzing colored samples.- The offer must include operating, maintenance and technical instructions and technical support.- Service response time must be stated.
