Description:
On the basis of the tender, the frame element manufacturer/supplier for the new construction site in part C of Koulunmaeki will be selected.
The delivery includes reinforced concrete frame elements: pillars, intermediate and upper base elements, partition and outer wall elements
as well as plinth beams and plinth elements, in addition to which Porrafalls and their rest levels.
The content of the contract is presented in more detail in the tender documents.
The target is a 2- and partly 3-story new building, the area of which according to the project plan is 6125 brm2.
The exterior wall elements are sandwich elements with a brick tile surface. The midsole elements are hollowlo tiles, top floor elements hollow and TT tiles.
Plinth elements are sandwich elements with a concrete surface.
The contents of the delivery are presented in more detail in the tender documents.
The builder requires that the tenderer has familiarized himself with the construction site and the construction area with sufficient careapplicable conditions and regulations before submitting an offer. At this stage of the acquisition, there is no construction site, the old building has not been demolished, and the new building has not been started. The familiarization thus applies to the construction site itself and its surrounding area, in which case the bidder and later the contractor's contractIn this case, the contractor does not have the right to later refer to the deficiencies in the contract documents in this regard. You can explore the construction site on your own initiative.
