Description:
Poeytyan Municipality / Education is requesting offers for textbooks and ancillary materials. The acquisition includes two sub-entities: Subdivision 1 textbooks and ancillary materials / pre-and basic and basic education section 2 Textbooks and ancillary materials / secondary education offering can be issued together or for both sub -entities. Partial offers within the sub -entities are not accepted. The acquisition applies to the purchase of printed textbooks and ancillary materials. Purchase of electronic material is possible as an option, according to the customer's needs. The estimated total value of VAT is approximately 200 000 € / year. The procurement does not commit to a specific amount of procurement during the contract period, but the products are ordered according to the needs of the contracting entity. The acquisition shall be subject to a partial framework agreement with one supplier for 1.10.2025 (target) - 11.1.2026. The agreement may be extended by the subscriber's decision Option from 12.1.2026-11.1.2027 and 12.1.2027-11.11.2028. The procurement competition and, on this basis, the decision on the basis of other sectors of the municipality do not apply to procurement in the field of vocation of the Community Board. Library's material procurement is also done separately through competitive framework agreements.
