Description:
The object of the procurement is the construction of the electrical network of Oulun Energia Saehkoeverkko Oy, the maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of the electrical network, as well as the construction and metering of connections in the customer's electricity distribution network (0.4 - 20 kV).
Maintenance and operation of the electricity grid, and substations included in itminnot includes fault management services 24/7 including major breakdown readiness and storage of fault management material, planning and implementation of electrical network connections, maintenance from inspections to repairs, cable monitors and electrical network mapping work.
The services that are the object of the procurement are targetedfor maintenance reliability-critical infrastructure. In the procurement contract, the supplier is required to be ready for disruptions during normal times and for exceptional conditions required by the Emergency Preparedness Act.
Standby readiness and fault response as well as daily services require the contractual partner to be sufficient in relation to the scope of the procurementae personnel in the immediate vicinity of Oulun Energia Saehkoeverkko Oy's distribution area.
The procurement includes joint construction with the city of Oulu, and the contractor must be ready to cooperate with telecom operators as well.
The expected value of the acquisition is 20,000,000 euros (VAT 0%). SpecialThe maximum value of the framework arrangement referred to in section 45, subsection 2 of the Industrial Procurement Act is 25,000,000 euros (VAT 0%). The procurement unit will tender the procurement again if the maximum value is met.
