. Slyhyt Kuvaus: Korsholm Municipality's real estate work is responsible for the properties' maintenance and indoor climate in the municipality's properties located within Korsholm's municipal borders. The work on indoor air-related affairs in the properties is led and governed by the municipality's indoor air group. The municipality of Korsholm intends to procure framework agreements with indoor consultants, moisturizers and corresponding services for the examination of indoor-related affairs and property surveys, where needs are to investigate and compile a report of these in the municipality's properties. The procurement includes a framework agreement with several companies for consulting work for smaller and larger Parts of surveys or moisture measurements. The agreement has several separate parts, the consultancy agency can submit tenders on selected parts.
