Description:
The scope of the framework agreement is the production of short-term construction works and repair services in the Customer's repair, maintenance, modification and new construction projects.
The customer selects 8 suppliers for the building technical, electrical and HVAC sections (8 suppliers per section), with whom it enters into a framework agreement. The customer can also choose a smaller number of suppliers, if there are fewer offers that meet the requirements of the tender request.

(facility changes, larger pts works, door repairs, construction/dismantling of partitions
and painting work, floor repair work, carpet installation, sanding and many other things
the following tasks: HVAC work (e.g. plumbing, pipe leaks and
water damage repairs, ventilation repair and modification works, measuring and
the following tasks: electrical work (e.g. lighting replacements, battery replacements, electrical contracts and modifications)
