• The University of Helsinki is competing for the framework arrangement of soundproofed retreat elements. The acquisition focuses on the soundproofed retirement facilities for publicity and their acquisition services. The selection is based on overall economic affordability. Selected as framework suppliersBased on the total points, the three (3) most points earned. The scoring is divided as follows: price 40% and quality 60%. The framework agreement period is one (1) year and the contract period begins with the signature of the contract. It is possible to continue the contract for three (3) years, one year at a time (1+1+1).The use of the options will be decided separately before the end of the actual contract period.
