- The tasks commissioned by this framework agreement are the removal of track risk and other trees from the track area. The contract time for the framework agreement begins on 01.06.2025 and ends on December 31, 2027. A maximum of three suppliers (1-3 suppliers) are selected for the framework agreement. It is possible to resume the contract timeat most once on the terms and conditions of this Agreement (option). The stock period may not exceed two years (24 months). The use of the option requires the consent of both parties. A written agreement on the use of the option shall be concluded at least 6 months before the end of the contract orend of the first option.services
