- In the network permit based on the Electricity Market Act, Fingrid Oyj (hereafter the customer) is assigned responsibility for the functionality of the Finnish electricity system. This requires that the company has at its disposal an amount of quick disturbance reserve in accordance with the Nordic electricity system dimensioning criteria. Main part reservista is based on gas turbines.
The customer is mainly responsible for maintaining the reserve power based on gas turbines.
Mainly to support the planning related to the small-scale operation and maintenance of the facilities, the customer acquires an external consulting service to answer (by design area) e.g. itpioneering tasks as instructed by the client:
• implementation of small-scale change plans;
• bringing old drawings and other existing documents up to date;
• participating in the preliminary investigation of change and maintenance projects (local investigation at gas turbine plantsla) and for the procurement and other planning of these projects;in mittens); and
• managing the necessary cooperation with other parties (other designers, equipment suppliers, contractors, maintenance service suppliers) in all the aforementioned planning stages.
