Description:
In the network license based on the Electricity Market Act, Fingrid Oyj (hereafter the customer) is assigned to be responsible for the functionality of Finland's electricity system. This presupposes that the company has at its disposal an amount of quick disturbance reserve in accordance with the sizing criteria of the Nordic electricity system. The main part dservice is based on gas turbines.
The customer is mainly responsible for maintaining the reserve power based on gas turbines itself.
Mainly to support the planning related to the small-scale operation and maintenance of the facilities, the customer acquires an external
consulting service to meet (by design area) e.g.of the following tasks under the customer's instructions and under supervision:
• implementation of small-scale change plans
• bringing old drawings and other existing documents up to date
• participating in the pre-clearance work of change and maintenance projects (local clearance work gasesurpiinilaitot) and the archiving and maintenance of these
project procurement and other planning
drawings and other documents in Fingrid's electronic archive and the archive in the facility
• during the procurement phase assisted by the customer (in direct procurement and public procurement proceduresin accordance with procurements)
• managing the necessary cooperation with other parties (other designers, equipment suppliers, contractors,
maintenance service suppliers) in all the aforementioned planning stages
