Description:
The invitation to tender applies to 24 -hour service housing for the elderly (Section 21C SHL) in the welfare region of Lapland. The procurement shall be carried out as a framework arrangement for several suppliers in accordance with the Procurement Act. The municipality of Posio has an agreement valid for the period of this tendering period for the elderly 24 -hour service housing. The municipality of Posio is not included in this tendering. 24 -hour service housing includes a 24 -hour care and care housing unit according to the client's service needs with a 0.6 employee design and service description in accordance with housing. The service also includes meals, security services, cleaning services, clothing management, inclusion and social interaction services, as well as other support services such as the client's assistance in and outside the apartment (eg businesses and services recorded in the care and service plan visits). The service also includes the care measures carried out by the medical staff and the evaluation and monitoring of the client's health and the measures required.
