• The city of Lohja and its subsidiaries tender the architectural and master design of the city's maintenance works and small investment projects for the architectural and master design required in construction projects not identified in advance for the period 1 August 2026 - 31 July. 2029. The contract can be extended with a one-year option period from 1 August 2029 to 31 July 2030. The customer notifies the exercise of the option no later than four (4) months before the end of the actual contract period. the total costs of construction projects are around 800,000 - 900,000 euros/year, VAT 0%. The scope of each design task is agreed separately for each project, as a rule on an hourly basis.
