- The subject of the procurement is asbestos and harmful substance demolition work as a framework arrangement for Senaatti Group's sites. The customer has geographically divided Finland into four different regions; Southern, Western, Eastern and Northern Finland. The areas are further divided into different sub-areas. We are looking for 1-3 Suppliers for each of the sub-areasa.
Northern Finland region: sub-regions: Sodankylae, Kajaani, Oulu, Rovaniemi
Western Finland region: sub-regions: Turku, Tampere, Vaasa, Pori, Haemeenlinna, Jyvaeskylae
Eastern Finland region: sub-regions: Kuopio (North-Savo), Mikkeli (South-Savo), Joensuu (North-Karelia), Kouvola-Kotka-Lahti region (targets Kymenlaakso and Paeijaet-Haemee), Lappeenranta region (sites in South Karelia)
Southern Finland region incl. Helsinki, Raasepori and Upinniemi region
The procurement includes asbestos and hazardous material work for maintenance sites in accordance with Senaatti Group's annual repair plans, asbestos and haeastern material works and unforeseen asbestos and harmful material works (e.g. indoor air-based repairs or water damage repairs). Asbestos and harmful substance demolition work includes waste processing, utilizable material such as concrete waste, brick, wood, recyclingys and final investment.
The contract can also be used to order other small demolition and diamond work related to repair or alteration construction, where no asbestos or harmful substances have been found.
