Description:
The Tampere university community (University of Tampere and Tampere University of Applied Sciences, hereinafter also the "Procurement Unit") requests offers for audiovisual (AV) equipment. The procurement includes the various AV equipment procurements carried out during the procurement period and related works and services. AV equipmenta is acquired for both new projects and renovation projects. The acquisition is carried out in the so-called on a turnkey basis, i.e. it includes the selection and placement of AV equipment based on the Customer's plans, as well as the installation, tuning and testing of the equipment in perfect working order, as well assystems and other programming work. The procurement may also include project-based AV planning (e.g. connection diagrams, etc.) as part of the AV equipment delivery. The procurement also includes the delivery of completed work documents and connection diagrams to the Customer, as well as operating instructions and equipmentto the state of delivery of the user manuals. The aim of the tender is to meet the total need for AV equipment of the higher education community in Tampere so that the framework contract suppliers can find AV equipment suitable for all premises and locations. The provider must have a comprehensive range of different AVequipment (e.g. monitors, projectors, speakers, cables, etc.). The five (5) best ranked bidders in the comparison will be selected for the framework arrangement.
