Description:
The object of the acquisition is the thermal imaging of the buildings. Destinations to be described and measurable include facilities built by the City of Helsinki Urban Environment (Kym), such as residential buildings, service houses and small business, office, kindergarten and parking facilities in the new building-and in renovation sites.
A more detailed description of the tasks covered by the framework arrangement is presented in the service description attached to the invitation to tender (Appendix 1) and in other attached documents.for the provision of services (framework agreement).
3 to 4 suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement. If fewer tenderers and acceptable tenders have been received than the number of contract suppliers above has been obtained, there are also fewer contracts.
Orders are orderedon the basis of a percentage distribution according to the overall economy. The percentage distribution fits the order of bidders' bidding in this tender for the establishment of a framework arrangement.
