• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the cleaning work of the IV systems of the premises under the control of Kuopio Facilities Services, including adjustment and measurement work during the contract period. Various actors of the Kuopio city group can order work based on the contract. It is under the management of the facility services a total of approx. 450 buildings with a total area of ​​approx. 650,000 brm2. The volume of the construction stock may change during the contract period. The procurement unit does not commit to certain procurement quantities, but services are procured as needed by the procurement unit by. Instead of a fixed maintenance interval, the cleaning need of IV systems is primarily aimed at defining the need for site-specific IV inspections based on the actual need for cleaning. The customer has the right to use an external expert or supervisor for work quality assurance and documentation evaluation throughout the contract period. The procurement includes the cleaning work of the IV systems of the various sites of the Facilities Services, including adjustment and measurement work. The work also includes other work to be agreed on a site-specific basis, such as Repair and modification works of IV systems and other works related to the whole. The service is produced in Finnish. The contract for the procurement of construction services as a framework arrangement will be made with five (5) operators, if the received requests for tenders based on the number of offers, it is possible.
