• Description:
• The city of Hämeenlinna (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Unit") requests your offer for communication and marketing office services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. The procurement follows the law on public procurement and on right-of-use agreements (1397/2016, "Acquisition Act"). The anticipated total value of the procurement during the contract period exceeds the EU threshold value referred to in Section 26 of the Procurement Act. The open procedure according to § 32 of the Procurement Act is used as the procurement procedure. This one on the basis of the tender, the framework arrangement referred to in § 42 of the Procurement Act is established, on the basis of which the selected service providers provide expert services to the Procurement Unit and operate as part of the city's communication and marketing unit and the entire as strategic and operational support for the city organization. The selected service provider is expected to have the ability to support the city's strategic goals through communication and marketing, as well as the readiness to respond flexibly to current communication and for marketing needs. Procurement is divided into five (5) sub-areas, for which the Procurement Unit selects service providers as suppliers of Services.
