• Lahti Tilakeskus (hereinafter Tilakeskus or the customer) is looking for framework arrangement partners for project procurement and developer consultant tasks and construction and building technology supervision tasks for the parts below. 1. Procurement consulting 2. Construction consulting 3. Supervision of construction works 4. HVAC supervision of building technology works 5. RAU supervision of building engineering works 6. Electrical supervision of building engineering works The orders are mainly new, repair, maintenance or procurement, construction and supervision tasks related to transformation projects and demolition projects and their preparation, the content, size and costs of which vary. The framework agreement is for two (2) years and can be extended for two (2) years per year (Subscriber's option). The maximum duration of the contract is four (4) years (2+2). The main task of the procurement consultant is to be responsible for the comprehensive planning, preparation, implementation and reporting of the public procurement procurement process. To tasks include managing and/or assisting and directing the procurement process, as well as an expert role in legal, financial and technical procurement issues.
