Description:
The object of the acquisition is the construction consulting services of Koulutuskuntayhtymae OSAO. More precise and detailed information and requirements can be read from other parts of the request for tender and from the attached files.
The contract period is two (2) years from the signing of the contract. There is an option in the contractfor two (2) one (1) year options.
With this contract, the consulting service needed for existing buildings is procured. The procurement unit reserves the right to call for tenders for the procurement of consultancy services for renovation construction worth more than €100,000 with external operators.
Ko of possible new buildingsnsulttipalvelut are always tendered separately.
Operators according to this agreement have the opportunity to participate in these tenders as well.
Services are procured with a framework arrangement when the procurement need arises. The framework agreement does not include a volume purchase obligation for the Customer. All of the service's purchase amounts are givenut estimates are preliminary estimates and do not bind the Subscriber.
