• Description:
• The city of Helsinki's urban environment department commissions cost accounting expert tasks. The assignments are mainly for public buildings owned by the city of Helsinki managed by the urban environment department (e.g. social and basic improvement and new construction projects targeting health, education and training, cultural, sports and youth buildings as well as office and business buildings). as follows:1. Cost accounting small projects2. Cost accounting conventional projects3. Projects requiring cost accounting4. Cost control The offer can be submitted for one or more areas. More specific tasks covered by the framework arrangement the description is presented in the service description attached to the request for tenders (appendix 1) and in other attached documents. Based on this procurement process, the suppliers with whom contracts for the provision of the aforementioned services will be concluded (framework agreement). Assignments are ordered on the basis of a percentage distribution according to overall economic affordability. The percentage distribution adapts to the order of preference of the bidders' offers in this tender for the establishment of the framework arrangement.
