Description:
The municipality of Haemeenkyroe, the city of Ikaaliste, the city of Parkano, Parkanon vesi Oy and Haemeenkyroen Asunnonhankinta Oy ("Procurement unit") tender expert services as a framework arrangement. The procurement is divided into 19 different areas according to the expert service to be procured:
1. Main and architectural directionstelu
2. Structural and demolition planning
3. Geotechnical design
4. HVAC design
5. HVAC monitoring
6. Electrical Design
7. Electrical monitoring
8. Building houses
9. Supervision of building construction
10. Surveys related to zoning and other use of areas
11. Zoning services
12. Water-and infrastructure planning services
13. Transport infrastructure planning
14. Infrastructure construction monitoring services
15. Assessment of the need for cleanup of contaminated soil and planning of restoration
16. Green planning
17. Harmful substance survey services
18. Interior design
19. Indoor air expert
20. Building condition inspection services
The tenderer names in his offer an expert who meets the training and competence requirements set in the request for tenders, and a customer manager responsible for cooperation. The customer representative can be the same or a different person than the appointed expert. The provider can offer oneen or to several areas. Partial bids within sub-areas are not accepted. Alternative offers are not allowed.
The work experience required as a minimum requirement for the appointed persons must be from the period after graduation and otherwise meet the requirements set in each section....
