Description:
The procurement concerns legal advisory services, which are primarily used by the Government's ownership steering functions, but also other ministries' functions if necessary, in connection with ownership steering or other financial tasks. Individual assignments may also be related to othershin to the tasks of the ministries.
The advisory services purchased through procurement are typically for business and ownership arrangements, share sales and purchases, company and securities market law, taxation, settling disputes, contract law, financial law, administrative lawan, legal advisory services related to state aid matters or these parallel tasks. Individual assignments may also concern other legal services.
The procurement establishes a framework arrangement of six (6) suppliers, which is valid for four years.active operators do not have exclusive rights to services.
The procurement is carried out as a procurement ring led by the Cabinet Office (VNK), which includes the following ministries
- Ministry of Transport and Communications (LVM)
- Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MMM)
- Ministry of Education and Culture (OKM)
- Social-and Ministry of Health (STM)
- Ministry of Labor and Economic Affairs (TEM)
