• Description:
• The subject of this procurement is the framework arrangement for the green construction contracting works performed for the various units of the city of Helsinki's urban environment industry. The areas are intended for public use. The construction sites are located in the city of Helsinki owned area. The tasks included in the framework arrangement are described in more detail in the tender request and its appendices. The tender is requested to be submitted in accordance with this request for tenders regarding the framework arrangement and its annexes. This procurement process on the basis of which the contractors are selected, with whom the framework agreements for the implementation of the aforementioned contracts are concluded. The customer organizes an order-specific mini-competition among framework contract suppliers for all contracts implemented through the framework arrangement. The selection criteria for the mini competition is the lowest price. In the mini-tendering, the Customer simultaneously submits a request for bids for the assignment in question to all framework contract suppliers, with which the Customer requests ceiling or total price offers of the work to be performed. In mini-competitioned procurements, the contractual conditions of the framework agreement and, if necessary, detailed assignment-specific conditions are followed. The estimated value of the procurement during the entire procurement period (including possible option periods) excluding VAT is 40 000,000 euros and the maximum amount of the estimated total value of the procurement is 40,000,000 euros.
