• Description:
• The target of the framework arrangement is the access control systems of the University of Jyväskylä's various buildings with their installations in the years 2026-2030. Three suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement. The winner of the competition will be responsible for the access control systems for 2026 of installation work and in the future, installation work and equipment will be tendered as mini-tenders, either building-by-building or as wholes of several buildings, between the three suppliers selected for the framework arrangement each year. Access control system installation work are made to buildings or their parts. During the first year of the framework arrangement, the renewal of the system is to be carried out in the Ylistönrinte buildings (Ambiotica, Physics, Nanoscience Center, Laboratory Center) and the Mattilanniemi In the renovated part of the Agora building. The preliminary schedule by building can be found in the "Procurement object criteria" section of the request for tenders and in the draft procurement contract. The schedule will be agreed in more detail with the selected supplier. In the following years access control systems are renewed in other buildings of the University of Jyväskylä located in Jyväskylä every year at the rate of about two buildings. The installation of the access control system is done over the existing access control system (Esmikko 4). for cabling and the central devices will be placed in place of the current access control system's central devices.
