Description:
Raasepor city's Property Administration is asking for your offer for HVAC planning related to property maintenance and investments at hourly rates. This is a framework contract, Johan will select 3 suppliers. The procurement concerns the city of Raasepor LVl planning of repair and alteration works and investments of properties under management and care, including other documents necessary for the design object, such as a construction method report, repair cost estimates for the work site, etc. The task includes also visiting the construction site and participating in planning meetings. The object of the procurement is the tasks of an LVl designer based on hourly billing. The content and scope of the work are determined on a case-by-case basis and are agreed for each project separately. As well as tasks the schedule is agreed on a case-by-case basis for each project separately.
