Description:
Through the framework arrangement, the goal is to acquire a partner in accordance with the framework agreement to carry out various gambling project projects and continuous development work packages in collaboration with contracting entities.
The framework arrangement is implemented in conjunction with the Leai Companies Care (Lotteries Entertainment Innovation Alliance (Leia) is a joint company of five national gaming companies to accelerate the development and marketing of digital games. Veikkaus is responsible for the implementation of the procurement procedure in accordance with Finnish law and makes a procurement decision.
Bespoke games are purchased in particular from game categories for Earpo, Physical Slot Games and Icasino, but also games in other categories not excluded from the contract. The acquisition covers the overall delivery of the games (combination: graphics, sound, code, game development, QA) and its development in browser, mobile, slot machine and server environments. The acquisition may also concern the making of a demon or game -related component; make changes to existing games or their components or customize them to new platforms.
