Description:
The town of Kalajoki is a developing town of 12,400 inhabitants in North Ostrobothnia. Zoning and land use planning is active in Kalajoki. The multi-faceted planning tasks mainly focus on the expansion areas of the community structure in the city's central agglomeration, Himanga agglomeration, Hiekkasaerkkien matin the mooring area and in Kalajoki harbour. Some of the planning tasks are done by the city itself, and the planners selected by the operators are responsible for preparing the wind power plans, but a significant part of the more demanding planning projects is to be given to framework contract consultants. The subscriber retains the righteuden tenders for smaller and standard design projects as well as surveys outside the framework agreement.
The tasks of framework contract consultants may consist of the following:

- Reference plans
- Illustration
- Operation plans
- Presentation events and participation
