- INTRODUCTION
On the basis of this tender, Kemioensaari municipality will establish a framework arrangement for small construction, installation and repair services and mechanical work for the properties managed by the procurement unit, as described in more detail in this request for tenders and its appendices.
The framework arrangement will be implemented as a joint procurement, and the following procurement units participate in it, which have the right to use the framework arrangement:
Concerning the establishment of a framework arrangement The municipality of Kemioensaari is responsible for the implementation of the tender on its own behalf and on behalf of all the mentioned procurement units.
Kemioensaari is a geographically large municipality with various public areas and a road network. The scope of the framework arrangement includes both small and large earth material deliveries for roads and municipal technical works throughout the municipality.
A maximum of two (2) will be selected based on the tender framework contract supplier.
This is a non-committal assessment of the procurement unit.
