Framework arrangement of legal services / Procurement law The subject of this acquisition are the Legal Services ("Services") produced for Gasgrid Finland Oy ("Procurement Unit") and its subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy. In this procurement, the procurement unit is looking for the following professional service providers to provide legal services for its needs for the entities mentioned below: Procurement law / 2 editors. Including, among others: - To the Act on Procurement of Special Sectors related interpretations and advice - Participating in procurement procedures and assisting the customer in implementation - Producing and maintaining procurement-related framework, assignment, delivery, confidentiality, etc. agreements - Representing the procurement unit in possible Market Court proceedings - Procurement law trainings and briefings for the Customer's personnel The selected Service Provider must be able to provide services in Finnish and English. The agreement enters into force from the moment of its signing and is valid for 4+2+2 years. The services are supposed to start at the end of 2026 (estimated in October). This procurement is subject to the Procurement Act for Special Sectors, i.e. on the procurement of entities operating in the field of water and energy supply, transport and postal services and Act on license agreements (1398/2016).
