Description:
The aim of the tender is to enter into procurement contracts for a comprehensive selection of student furniture, early childhood education furniture and loose furniture in the common areas of schools, educational institutions and early childhood education units for the use of the education and training sector of the City of Helsinki.
Education and in the field of education, there are about 325 kindergartens and more than 60 playgrounds in early childhood education, there are about 100 elementary schools, about 15 upper secondary schools and about 15 vocational schools.
The duration of the agreement is two (2) years from the signing of the agreement. It is possible to extend the contract with two (2) one (1) year option periods. The estimated total value of the acquisition during the contract period, including option periods, is 40 - 60 million euros. The customer does not commit to specific procurement quantities during the contract period.
The procurement is divided into three (3) sub-areas as follows:
1. Student furniture
2. Early childhood education furniture
3. Furniture for public spaces
You can make an offer for one or more parts, there is no limit to the maximum number of parts that can be offered.
The agreements cover the contractual partner's entire product range, so that all locations are different needs can be fulfilled. The selection criteria is overall economic affordability, where the emphasis is on price 80% and quality 20%. The determination of the quality criteria is described in more detail in the section "procurement target criteria".
